Richard Seng, 71, of San Francisco, died peacefully on March 1, 2010. He was born February 12, 1939 in Omaha, Nebraska and grew up in Oshkosh. He graduated from Garden County High School and attended and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska.
Richard moved to San Francisco in 1964 and worked as a biochemist for UCSF and Cutter Labs until retirement in 1991. He had a great love of wildlife, flowers and the splendors of the outdoors.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents Dr. Willard Seng and Helen Johnson Seng. He is survived by his partner Brian Doucette of San Francisco, his brother Jim Seng of Crete, Nebraska, his loving sister and brother-in-law Marcia and George Stewart, of Denton, three nieces, Jill Stewart-Tews and husband Todd, Cari Stewart-Henning and husband Troy of Kramer, and Luci Patzel. He was a good and loved man.

If you include a SASE for the photo's return, write the person's name on the inside of the envelope flap. All obituaries must include a contact name and phone number. They must be submitted within a year of the death.
